HSBC Headquarters, Birmingham

Formerly 2 Arena Central and renamed 1 Centenary Square is a commercial development at the heart of Birmingham.

In 2015, it was forward purchased by the global bank HSBC and it will house their UK operations.

Project is due to completion by the end of 2017.

HSBC UK to take occupancy in spring 2018.

We were approached by our partners to realize approx. 4.000 m² of insulated glazing units.

To maximize the day light and to reduce solar gain, the project features the Cool Lite Xtreme 60/28 II coating from Saint-Gobain.
